TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) is an annual, four-day meeting which was held for the first time in 1984 in California. Speakers are invited to give a maximum of 18 minutes “presentation of their lives” on their area of expertise, on a particular project, or something they find that it is an idea that should be spread. During a conference dozens are coming of speakers to speak, interspersed by several short dance and music.
