Samsung S Health app available for all Android devices

Samsung has made its health-S Health app available for all Android phones. The app that allows users to track their activities and measure heart rate was previously only available for a limited number of Galaxy phones.

This is what you can do with Samsung S Health

S Health is best described as Samsung’s alternative to Google Fit and Apple Health app. With the app, you can also count your steps and calorie count and measure your heart rate, provided that you have a device or accessory that has a heart rate monitor. S Health is more extensive. For example, the app includes more statistics and has the ability to define goals and programs for you. Additionally, S Health has the ability to enter what you eat and drink and what your stress level is. This way you should get a more complete picture of your physical condition.

During exercise, S Health gives spoken feedback for goals that you achieve. Useful for athletes is that the app can be linked to various Gear smart watches and accessories from Garmin and Timex. Even at night, you can use the app: because it has the function to keep track of your sleep patterns. In between are also tips given to make your life healthier. If you always go to bed late or drink too little water, then S Health will make you aware of that.
