Welcome to the PNC Online Banking login tutorial. The aim of this guide is to show you the correct way to sign in on your PNC online banking account. PNC Financial Services (PNC) is a US-based company, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The company is listed on the S&P 500 stock index.

PNC Financial Services offers various kinds of financial services for its customers. In retail banking, the company has about five million customers and is equipped with 2,550 stores in 13 US states. PNC is also active as an asset manager and offers its own financial products. Other priorities include, lending business with corporate clients, acting as custodian, and securities lending.

The company was founded in 1852 as the Pittsburgh Trust and Savings Company. At the end of 2008, around 59,600 people were employed at the company. In addition, the company holds about one fifth of the fund management company BlackRock.

PNC Online Banking login step by step guide

To sign in on PNC online banking, you first need to have an user-ID. If you don’t have one yet, go visit the Online Banking Setup page to create your account. This shouldn’t take more then 3-5 minutes of your time. We will describe the enrollment process in more detail in another guide.

Login instructions

1. Make sure that you use a safe and supported browser to visit the website. We recommend Google Chrome or Firefox for this.
2. Now go to www.pnc.com by typing it in your address bar.

   Make sure that you see the name of the bank “The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.” with a green background. This way you know for sure that you are on the right website.

4. Now on the homepage, there’s a user-ID field on the right. Enter your ID here and click on the blue Login button.

6. Now just follow the rest of the instructions to access your online banking account.
