- First go to www.citibank.com by typing the url in your address bar.
- Next, choose the dropdown “Sign on to your account” and choose the service you wish to sign in on. In this case, we choose “Bank accounts”.
- On the following page, enter your User ID and your Password and click on “Sign on” to continue.
- You should now have access to your Citibank account.

Can’t access your online banking account? Try resetting your password to solve the problem. To do this, go to the login page and click the Forgot User ID or Password? link. On the following page, enter your ATM/Debit or Credit Card Number and click on “Continue” to request a new password.
