Avoid sliding cutting board

If you make a delicious pasta or a summer salad, all ingredients must also be perfectly cut. Each block cucumber or zucchini must, of course, be exactly the same size. With your tongue out of your mouth, you attack the zucchini with your knife, and that moment when you try to cut, the cutting board moves. Immediately no more straight blocks. Rather irritating.

Fortunately, a sliding cutting board is very easy to prevent. Take a paper towel or a cloth wet under the tap and put it on the counter. Place the cutting board on top of your wet cloth and push the cutting board firmly. Et voila, no more sliding cutting board and always beautiful diced vegetables.
