Pokemon Go works a little differently than the previous Pokémon games. Pokémon is in fact brought to reality by integrating augmented reality into the game. The makers want give the players a lifelike experience. Catching Pokemon or fighting with other trainers happens in this game in reality and all over the world. Thus, it is possible to catch Bulbasaur in Tokyo on the Shinjuku station, while you can walk to the Eiffel Tower in Paris and find Pikachu. A development that Ash ‘his world still brings closer.

A new accessory, the Pokémon Go Plus, must create this experience. The device works using Bluetooth and will light up or vibrate to make you aware that this Pokemon is nearby. You must carry the Pokémon Go Plus at all times with you, for example on the wrist or on the clothing, and makes it possible to perform actions in the game without your phone. Information about how the game will look is not disclosed by The Pokémon Company.
